Receive a relaxation massage for only $49/hr (reg $85/hr) or $69 (reg $105) for 75 min or $79 (reg $125) for 90 min.  for your first time.  The relaxation massage is a whole body massage from head to toe.  I use coconut oil for the massage and an organic lavender lotion for your feet.  It includes a head/neck/face/shoulder massage.  Then arms, forearms, and hands massage (the hands are not neglected so you feel a sense of completion).  Then I move onto the legs where deeper pressure may be used (if desired) especially if you are a runner wanting extra attention on your calves/shins, hamstrings, quadriceps, IT band.  Then a bit of foot reflexology.  Then you flip over and I work on the back of your legs and then your back including attention to getting the knots out around your shoulder blades.  I tend to use deeper pressure on the back using forearms and elbows, and, if you want, on the legs too.   I also incorporate techniques from thai massage/shiatsu on your back (e.g. palming, use of thumbs) for deeper pressure on your back.  Your body will be so relaxed, your back and shoulders will feel looser and you will want to float on home!

The longer 90 min.  session can include more time on back, legs, foot reflexology (foot reflexology is the most popular for the extra 30 min. as it feels very pampering and it is very relaxing).  Or time can be spent on other areas of the body.  Or the extra half hour can consist of half hour of seated energy healing (primarily chakra healing and therapeutic touch) or half hour hands on reiki energy healing (especially if you have back pain or other pain you want to focus on)

Foot Reflexology & Back Massage Combo,1st time $49/hr (reg $85/hr)

For those of you who love getting your feet and back  worked on, this one’s for you. I use coconut oil for the massage and an organic lavender lotion for your feet.  It starts of with a head/neck/shoulder massage. Then foot reflexology & foot massage to totally relax your feet (and it also relaxes the body as it works on the organ reflexes on your feet along with reflexes that deal with back/neck/shoulders).  If you happen to have pain in your back, neck, shoulders, hips or knees, be sure to let me know so that I can focus on those parts in the foot reflexology portion.  (I have had clients notice relief in their back & hip pain sometimes while actually working on that reflex!).  Then you turn over and I work on your back   including attention to getting the knots out around your shoulder blades.  I tend to use deeper pressure on the back using forearms and elbows.   I also incorporate techniques from thai massage/shiatsu on your back (e.g. palming, use of thumbs) for deeper pressure on your back.   You’ll be so relaxed you will want to float on home!  —————————————————————————————————

New: Foot Reflexology/Energy Healing Combo, 1st time $59/hr (reg $85/hr)

This includes a seated 1/2 hour energy healing (which includes therapeutic touch/chakra clearing/aura clearing/grounding) and 1/2 hour foot reflexology.  I start with the energy healing. The energy healing is done fully clothed seated on a chair.  For the foot reflexology portion you will remain fully clothed,  you will be laying down on a table, and you just need to roll up your pants to the knees.  I use an organic lavender lotion for the foot reflexology and coconut oil to massage up to your knees.  The healing that precedes your foot work will leave you deeply relaxed and nurtured and your feet will enjoy the pampering and the effleurage.  This treatment is very relaxing for body, mind and soul.
