What are toxins:

Toxins are chemicals or poisons that come from food or water or air or chemicals from the environment. E.g., carbon monoxide and pollution toxins from vehicles, tobacco smoke, food additives, food dyes, MSG, etc, chemicals from pesticides, chemical-based cleaning products, mercury from fish, etc.

Are you experiencing any or most of the following:

– unexplained fatigue, sluggishness

– elimination, digestive issues

– get colds and flu easily

– low grade infections

– skin problems, including rashes, itchy skin

– aches & pains, e.g. headaches

– difficulty losing weight

– allergy-like symptoms

– bags under eyes

– have swollen legs or ankles, fluid retention

– mental confusion, foggy brain

– get stressed easily

– circulation issues

If you experience some of the symptoms above, you may be experiencing toxic overload.   Our bodies can become overloaded with toxins as we are exposed to a large number of toxins on a daily basis.  Even people who eat a perfect organic diet have toxins.  A poor diet, lack of exercise and stress can aggravate your already overloaded  toxin level.

Lymphatic drainage massage helps break up the congestion in the body and detoxifies the organs.  Detoxifying can protect you from disease and renew your ability to maintain your health.  Toxic overload, according to experts, is linked to degenerative diseases such as arthritis and cancer.
